The services for the corporate office complex included a Master Plan and Planned Development zoning process for the 37 acre campus. Five separate low profile buildings will complete the final phase of the site's development, providing 550,000 sq ft of office and data center space. The buildings are all designed with a low profile of three to four stories and blend into the park-like environment with stone facades and pitched roofs. A detention pond at the site entry helps identify the office park as a friendly neighbor to the adjacent residential neighborhoods.
