Currently, this National Historic Register building contains the Heartland Financial Center’s data and operations facility as well as their corporate office and meeting rooms.
Casey Architecture was responsible for a feasibility analysis, placement of the two-building complex on the National Register of Historic Places, obtaining and implementing several financial incentive programs, and orchestrating the total redevelopment process.
The abandoned 45,000 square foot four-story building, constructed in 1886, was restored to its original beauty, and received a stunning 14,000 square foot addition to best accommodate the new technology-focused occupants.
