Built in 1919, the Wilshire Apartments is an impressive example of a complete Casey Architecture and Casey Development project. Our team owned, developed, managed, and designed the project.
The property was placed on the National Register of Historic Places and developed as a tax credit Project. All financing, incentive packages, and regulatory compliance were orchestrated by Casey.
Complete refurbishing of the building was a priority. This process included comprehensive interior design, extensive soundproofing between tenant spaces, new bathrooms, and fully updated kitchens.
Completed in 2008, the finished project was a $1.2 million renovation.
